Aging Woman As Muse

I AM THE ONE WHO is looking back on your childhood and youthful experiences - looking for the stories that need to be told.
I AM THE ONE WHO is always amazed at how quickly the sands of time seem to slip through the hour glass of life.

I AM THE ONE WHO whispers bits of stories in your ear as you dream.
I AM THE ONE WHO loves to pause and reflect.
I AM THE ONE WHO lives to see your dream of being a writer come to life.

WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO GIVE ME?
I give you permission to stop often - to reflect, to dream, to write, and to tell your stories
I give you saged advice to make the most of each fleeting moment for life is too short and uncertain to waste a single moment.

WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME?

I want you to do as your favorite saying instructs: "Dance as if no one were watching, Sing as if no one were listening, and Live every day as if it were your last."
I want you to write those stories and share them with the ones who matter most.
I want you to use the gifts that were planted as seeds in your childhood to grow gardens of your own unique artistry and writing.

HOW WILL I REMEMBER?
Every time you spend time with one of your grandchildren, you will be gifted with another memory of your own childhood.
Every time you sit down to write or create, your creative garden will offer you sensory delights to feed your soul - remembrances of scents of flowers, visions of childhood play, sounds of childhood laughter and the touch of a breeze that is as gentle as a mother's breath on her babe's cheek.
You will know that I am here to guide you through the next phases of your life because the pull of the muse is undeniable -- and I am that muse.
